I Mess nascono nel 1979 a Pordenone nella formazione originale di Zorro (alias Charly Cicero) alla batteria, Star Lee al basso, Johnny B. Good (alias Joe Valentino) alle tastiere, Adolph Spitz (alias Max Mancini) alla voce e chitarra.
Incidono con altri gruppi del Great Complotto (vedi www.thegreatcomplotto.it) nel 1980 nel Disco del Campanile, due brani: "Foolish Girl" e "Paraguay".
Nella successiva compilation del Great Complotto ("IV3SCR"), registrato nel 1981, compaiono con "Kunst Und Tecnik" e "Get Proud", assieme ai Sexy Angels, 001 e Gigolò Look.
I Mess suonano live in diversi concerti in tutta italia, da rimarcare il primo Festival Punk di Treviso e il primo Festival Rock Italiano a Roma.
Compaiono nel reportage della trasmissione musicale "Mister Fantasy" di Rai2, condotta da Carlo Massarini, con il brano "Paraguay".

Serata "The Great Complotto" il 12/03/05 al Deposito Giordani, Pordenone, nella formazione con Plastic alla batteria, Brian alle tastiere, Star Lee al basso e Adolph Spitz alla voce solista e chitarra.
Il 26/07/05 concerto al festival "Music In Village", Porcia, Pordenone, nella formazione con Plastic alla batteria,Johnny alle tastiere, Star Lee al basso e Adolph Spitz alla voce solista e chitarra.

In 1979 we have the birth of the "MESS" in Pordenone.
Originally the band was formed like this : Zorro ( aka Charly
Cicero):drums, Star Lee :bass guitar, Johnny Be Good (aka Joe
Valentino):keyboards and Adolph Spitz (aka Max Mancini) :lead singer and
guitar.
In 1980 they release the " Disco del Campanile-LP compilation"
together with other bands of The Great Complotto (see www.thegreatcomplotto.it) presenting
two songs : "FOOLISH GIRL" and "PARAGUAY"
In the next to follow The Great Complotto compilation (
"IV3SCR" ) recorded in 1981 – where we can find also other bands as
Sexy Angels, 001 and Gigolò Look, the “MESS “ play “ KUNST UND TECHNIK “ and “
GET PROUD “.
They perform also live across Italy, such as at the first Punk
Festival in Treviso, and at The First Italian Rock Festival in Rome.
They perform also live on TV, starring inside a RAI 2 show, the national
tv network,” MISTER FANTASY “, presented by Marco Massarini, where they play “
PARAGUAY “

On 12th March 2005 there is an interesting event in Pordenone, called “
The Great Complotto Evening” held at Deposito Giordani,where the “ MESS “ play
live a few of their best songs, with Plastic : drums, Star Lee: bass guitar, Brian,
keyboards and Adolph Spitz:lead singer and guitar.
Shortly later, on 26th July 2005, the “MESS” play also at the “Music in
Village” in Porcia with Plastic: drums, Star Lee:bass guitar, Johnny:
keyboards,and Adolph Spitz: lead singer and guitar.
